Rules that help to LOSE WEIGHT

In day-to-day:  
 Try not to skip meals. It is important that the interval between meals is less than 3 hours, with a tolerance of plus or minus half an hour. Try to have a regular schedule for meals and avoid snacking in the intervals between them. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. You can also take herbal teas throughout the day, provided they do not add sugar. Tea and coffee are also allowed, but not too much. Eat slowly and chew food well. Give preference to fish and birds and avoid red meat. Avoid sweets and pastries, as are foods rich in fat and calories too. Avoid drinking alcohol, as they provide lots of calories. 





 At the time of shopping: Make shopping after eating. It is not easy to resist temptation with an empty stomach. Make a shopping list to avoid filling the cart calorie products. Try not to pass in the halls where are the foods you should avoid. Read product labels and pay attention to the nutritional value of products. Compare the features of similar products and choose the less fat and fewer calories.
