Discipline in eating and was not eating and lack of discipline in the exercise helps to be able to leverage this diet. In fact, I think diet is a word that does not translate perfectly what was intended, because for me, DIET involves having to make a certain sacrifice during a certain time, to achieve a certain weight reduction. Having reached that goal or not, such a diet will be interrupted.
I'm more of an apologist of the term, food education, which to me means a permanent and continuous improvement of our eating habits, which will provide a continued reduction in weight, moving then to the maintenance, with clear gains in the level of several factors involving our health.
The determination of goals and obejectivos is central to achieving success and nutritional education, complemented with physical exercise must be more rigorous and demanding an early stage so that our machine "in operation" and start the burning process of escalating do not need.
But the goals and objectives should be determined with enough realism. If we are too ambitious, again, we are discouraged and give up when we see that we will never achieve what we wanted. We have to take one small step at a time and upon reaching a goal, a goal we should be rewarded with a small prize, a small extravagance.
